Core capability learning is being developed by learning and development specialists at the Leadership Development Centre to support the Public Service Act. Learning will cover the values and principles that are at the heart of what we do as public servants, but also the technical skills required when working proactively with Government and within our Public Service.

Learning is accessible to all public servants regardless of role, location, tier or region to help strengthen, align and enable development across the Public Service.
