Chris has 21 years’ experience as an executive coach in the public and private sector, in New Zealand and globally. He has extensive experience working with the leaders of state-owned enterprises, crown agencies, crown research institutes and core government agencies. He was the former board director of three businesses.
Chris has deep experience supporting senior leaders working in complex organisations who value an independent sounding board.
Chris’ coaching style is pragmatic, independent and supportive with a global insight. It is based on a kaupapa of creating a safe non-judgmental environment, the individual’s potential and respecting the past as well as the future.
Chris is a founding member of the Association Professional Executive Coaches & Supervisors. He is an Adjunct Professor of Management at Auckland Business School and fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK.
