Shanon is a passionate, enthusiastic, and engaging coach who has the ability to work with a wide range of people from different personalities, levels of leadership, sectors and cultures to create a coaching relationship that is transformative.
He begun coaching leaders with the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) and he has coached leaders from a wide variety of organisations and sectors including; the Papua New Guiana Defence Force, Antarctica NZ, Catholic priests from Asia to America; and leaders from the food & fibre sector, iwi corporations, the public sector, the emergency management sector, the infrastructure sector, and the construction sector.
Shanon works with his clients as a trusted advisor to facilitate their growth and transformation, achieving true leadership potential. He believes the foundation of leadership development starts with inner work and that transformative conservations are the catalyst for suitable positive change. Shanon provides guidance and support for his clients as they shift and transform.
He has a Master of Science (Leadership and Management) from the University of Portsmouth as well as a Graduate Diploma in Arts (Psychology) and a Bachelor of Business (Economics) from Massey University.
Shanon is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and a certified Professional Coach in Transformative Coaching with the Coach Masters Academy. He is qualified to administer Hogan, Deeper Signals, Assessio, and Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) assessments.
