Inclusive Leadership Conversations
This toolkit brings senior leaders together in a conversation about their inclusive leadership practice. It also enables them to confidently facilitate conversations about inclusive leadership with leaders in their business group or agency.
The Conversations are intentionally senior leader-led with an emphasis on role-modelling practice and identifying further areas for growth. With the resources below, senior leaders will be able to peer facilitate a conversation with other senior leaders in their agency and also facilitate a conversation with their people leaders.
