First of all we need to move away, in one-on-one conversations, we need to move away from a tell-conversation to an ask-conversation. So, we need to actually coach our people rather than giving them the answers.

Secondly, in team situations we need need to use the diversity of thought, so you need to use a lot of brainstorming techniques and a lot of diverse thinking that our teams have.

And thirdly, get people from outside of your team to come in and help you. I'm thinking customers. I'm thinking stakeholders. I'm thinking people in the professional areas that you work in. Why? You just get a different flavour,
