Aaron: As an athlete outside of work I take a lot of the lessons from my sport and apply that into the workplace and for me I think I'm a much better leader for learning those lessons outside of the workplace. I've had to learn determination, I've had to learn discipline, I've had to learn resilience. I've had to keep some really strict regimes but it's also the mindset of an athlete. Athletes are out there to defy the odds and and bringing that into the workplace I think has been really helpful for me and I think's been a huge successful factor in terms of my own ability to be a leader.
