Digby: The first thing I would say is define what success means to you and to the people that matter to you, so that's about identifying what are your values and staying true to those because I think if you try to be someone else and chase what someone else defines as success without thinking about it for yourself, you'll come a cropper, so that's the first thing. The second thing is to, for the people that matter help them make progress on their issues so leadership as a servant I think is a really good idea; to be able to help people make some progress is going to help you build credibility and relationship, positive relationship in their eyes.
