Lil: Leadership is a journey. It is not something you simply arrive at and so you take ingredients along the way. Some of those ingredients are about who are you as a person, what principles and values do you hold dear and then you learn from experiences and from situations you were put in. So, for my experience I have had a few great mentors and I've taken what I liked from what they did and I've applied them to myself and I've then had some experiences, some pretty tough ones and so I think those have all added to the mix and the recipe of what makes me a great leader.
