After an early career in corporate strategy, Adam began coaching whilst managing public sector teams 15 years ago. Over this time, he’s become known for creating innovative programs at the intersection of leadership, wellbeing, and the natural world. He’s trusted by executives across sectors and is increasingly called upon to deliver coaching and facilitation training for others.
Adam makes space, so leaders can make sense. He supports leaders to slow down, prioritise the body and access their own wisdom. His approach is personalised, holistic and results oriented. It combines active listening, insightful questions, and targeted, evidence-based strategies.

Adam is a certified professional coach (Spirited Leadership) and studied Embodied Coaching with Strozzi institute. He is an accredited provider for Leadership Circle, Genos Emotional Intelligence and Resilience at Work.
He married to Penny and is father to three teenage daughters who he lists as some of his greatest teachers.
