Ali is passionate about working with leaders as they develop themselves and their teams. She believes that creating a safe but challenging environment is key to viewing things differently and making change. She knows great coaching is about helping people move forward. She encourages people to see issues from multiple viewpoints, test their assumptions and make a plan.
Ali works with people who are motivated and interested in growing their skills. She is a compassionate and courageous coach, drawing on her extensive skills and experience when she works with clients.
Ali has many years’ experience working with most public sector agencies. These assignments have included strategic and system leadership as well as individual and team coaching.
She has a broad and deep knowledge of the Public Sector and can make strategic and personal connections for her coaching clients. Since she is accredited in many psychological and coaching diagnostics this can form part of the coaching agreement.
Ali has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and is a Master of Education Policy and Research from Victoria University of Wellington.
Ali is an accredited coach of IECL - she is an Associate Leadership and Organisational coach and is part of international delivery panels. She is also a member of the International Coaching Federation.
