Alistair has coached more than 250 individuals across both public and private sectors at all levels of leadership. He runs his own entrepreneurial coaching and facilitation business and provides leadership coaching training for people leaders in the public sector as well as coaching programmes. Highlights include developing and implementing a Leader as Coach programme for a large Government agency, facilitating over 100 workshops for 1,000+ leaders.
