Ashley has been coaching public service leaders for over 10 years’ and has deep experience working with leaders in the New Zealand Defence Force, New Zealand Army, and Fire and Emergency New Zealand.
Ashley is the leadership facilitator and coach for the Incident & Leadership Development Course for Fire and Emergency New Zealand. This course has 200 graduates to date and growing by 100 a year.
Between 2003–2010, Ashley worked as an adult educator within the tertiary education sector, where coaching adult students was part of Ashley’s role.
Ashley is a calm, positive, prepared, humble, conversationalist. Ashley brings a participant centric approach to coaching that builds trust and strong relationships.
Ashley facilitates and coaches with a pragmatic and practical approach to contemporary theory. This means the content can be used immediately and with impact by the participants when back in the workplace.
Ashley has accreditation in Hogan Assessment, Deeper Signals and 360 feedback survey.
