Helen is a Partner, Head of Consulting at Winsborough and a registered psychologist. She has practiced organisational psychology, leadership development, military psychology and was a leader in the Public Service. Helen focuses on coaching and developing senior leaders and executives, as well as the design and implementation of leadership frameworks and systems.
Helen prioritises on understanding coachee needs, context, and desired outcomes. She adapts and supports the coachee to bring their needs to life, providing a safe, non-judgmental environment.
Helen enables clients to get below the surface of issues. She prompts perspective taking and asks questions to broaden thinking, using a variety of models to guide her. Helen works with her clients at the pace they are ready to grow, and develop.
Helen has over 20 years of experience in leadership development and coaching. She is a registered psychologist, has a Postgraduate Diploma in Defence and Strategic Studies and is accredited in a variety of personality, team, and 360 tools.
