This approach is underpinned by an active and genuine curiosity, where she seeks to understand the individual circumstances, motivations, and aspirations of each client, providing a tailored coaching experience that respects the uniqueness of each leader's journey.

Naketa has an Executive and Organisational Coaching Certificate (EOCC) from Coaching Pacific, she is an accredited International Coaching Federation (ACC) coach and her recent Master of Educational Leadership looked at ‘listening as a leadership skill’.
