Nicholas Williams is a pre-qualified facilitator for Te Kaihautū | New People Leader Development.

Nicholas is an experienced facilitator, coach, and programme manager skilled in promoting empowered and sustained leadership and organisational transformation. Recognised for his deep commitment to cultural responsiveness and Te Tiriti o Waitangi, Nicholas supports leaders to actualise potential and uplift hauora well-being of all people in their communities.

Nicholas’ accomplishments include:

  • Co-designing, facilitating, and leading nation-wide education leadership development programmes.
  • Facilitating Te Tiriti-informed strategic planning with non-for-profit, kaupapa Māori and public-sector organisations.
  • Project managing Te Whai Ao Māori community education courses.
  • Facilitating bespoke workshops in leadership coaching, high performing leadership teams, and leading change.
