Aaron: I think that diversity in the workplace, diversity and inclusion in the workplace is something which is really important to New Zealand given that we are a country which is probably the most diverse nations in the world. And I think that's really important within the workplace to have programmes to make sure that your team and your people are involved and it's rather than telling people or putting a programme in place, work with your people and develop that programme and collaboration together and that will help get that buy-in.
Diversity I think is really important for New Zealand's prosperity so I think making sure that we do include that as a workplace initiative is something should be a top of mind for most leaders.
