Fiona: Well diversity means many things in itself but the core of it for me really is that it's about bringing yourself to work. You're bringing your whole self to work because we need diversity because it makes us stronger. It means that we deliver our businesses better, it means that we contribute better in the workforce and we can only do that really when we bring our whole selves.

Who are our whole selves are influenced by our own background, the cultures that we're involved in, the capabilities we've developed and for me that's the exciting thing about being in the public service is working with a huge range and diversity of people and we bring those skills together and make magic happen.
